Tapestry Health provides women, men, and teenagers with comprehensive community-based health services, including family planning, reproductive care, HIV counseling and testing, insurance enrollment, and much more. Our approach emphasizes personal responsibility and encourages people to take initiative in maintaining and improving their health. 

We are committed to treating our clients in a respectful and compassionate manner, particularly with regard to cultural, lifestyle, or gender differences. You will not be turned away for any reason if you need care, despite of your ability to pay. 

Tapestry Health operates clinics across Western Massachusetts. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield,  Health New England, Neighborhood Health Plan, CeltiCare, Network Health, Commonwealth Care, and MassHealth. We also provide care to the uninsured and underinsured, and determine costs using a sliding fee scale based on household income.
